    By submitting to the JPT on this site or via social media, I represent that I am eligible to participate in the Outdoor News Junior Pro Team contests and all photos, videos and/ or written submissions are my own and in no way bound by any copyright.
    I release Outdoor News, Inc. and any contest sponsors from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Contest and the acceptance and use/misuse of any prize.
    I have not perpetrated and will not perpetrate any fraud or deception in connection with the contest and have not sought to influence the outcome other than by participating as expressly permitted in the Official Rules; I consent to give Outdoor News, Inc. DBA Junior Pro Team (JPT) and contest sponsors a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display any photo submission, in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
    The terms, promised and representations set out in this disclaimer and the Official Contest Rules all constitute binding legal consideration between Outdoor News, Inc. and the entrant.
